Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations and champion excellent customer service. You will guide the team across all store areas, stepping in for the Manager when needed and ensuring smooth, customer‑focused operations. • Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Lead the team to deliver a great in-store customer experience.
• Work across all areas of the store and with colleagues, acting as the go-to person for day-to-day operations.

• Confidently lead the store in the Manager's absence.
