Tesco Shift Lead role based in Tesco stores focuses on guiding the team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for customers. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth store performance and a positive, inclusive working environment.

Formación

• Experience in a team lead or management role within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to role model excellent service and keep customers' needs at the forefront.
• Ability to foster positive, inclusive relationships and support a diverse team.
• Clear communication using multiple methods to keep the team well informed.
• Natural leadership that motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
• Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.
