Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd. is seeking a Shift Leader to run duty shifts, coach a team, and deliver a clean, full store that exceeds customer expectations. You will own store activities, coach staff on service improvements, and ensure safety and smooth operations.

This role emphasises customer focus, teamwork, and hands-on leadership to optimize the store’s performance. In this position you will support the Store Manager, manage daily priorities, and help create an inclusive, positive shopping

Qualifications

• Good basic technical skills and solid time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver the easiest shopping trip in the community.
• Open/close the store and manage duty cover with safety considerations.
• Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager with seasonal and community events.
• Ensure the store is clean, well presented and stocked as needed.
• Manage queues and customer service to deliver a great shopping trip.
