Responsabilités

• Coordinate the team to deliver the easiest shopping trip in the community
• Opening/closing the store and completing duty cover, ensuring decisions are right for customers and safety
• Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager for day-to-day queries
• Support the Store Manager to co-ordinate seasonal, community and charity events
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy and well presented
• Prioritise replenishment of products that matter to customers
• Ensure POS and shelf edge labels reflect what good looks like
• Take action on overcharges and prevent recurrence
• Manage queues in-store to deliver a great shopping trip
