Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to look after the shop when the Store Manager isn’t around, guiding and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You’ll inspire the team, lead by example, prepare products, manage ovens, stock displays, and keep the shop clean and presentable while ensuring fast and friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
