Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager is absent, driving excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will open/close the shop, motivate the team, and ensure products are prepared, ovens managed, displays stocked, and the shop remains clean and inviting. Weekly pay and a range of benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate and engage a team to deliver great service.
• Strong communication and organised approach to running a busy shop.
