Five Guys is seeking an Assistant Manager in the UK to lead shifts, work on the dining floor, and guide the team with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Obsessed with guest experience and able to prove customer satisfaction improvements.
• Experience with P&L management, labor costs and inventory control.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and staff development abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety and hygiene standards.
