Job summary

Joe & the Juice is hiring a Shift Manager to supervise daily shift operations and uphold our high service standards. You will observe, delegate and execute the DCWF workflow to ensure guest satisfaction and strong store performance.

Lead by example, train Juicers, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the store. You’ll also monitor daily sales targets, manage deliveries, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to the highest standards and delegate tasks to maintain a productive team.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee checklists to ensure food & bar safety and document issues.
• Juicer Training: Carry out planned Juicer training following our training mantra.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experience and handle feedback.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor daily sales targets and manage deliveries and reporting.
