You’ll lead by example, run trainings, maintain safety standards, and communicate clearly with store management to achieve targets while cultivating a positive, people-centered culture across the brand.

Responsibilities

• DCWF: ensure execution to high standards and delegate tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards per Pink Standard.
• Lead Juicer training and development.
• Guide guest experience and handle feedback professionally.
• Monitor daily sales and report on performance and waste.
