JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily operations across shifts and maintain our high standard of guest experience. You’ll lead a motivated team, observe DCWF, delegate tasks, and drive financial performance while upholding Pink Standard safety and service principles.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will train Juicers daily, foster a people-centric culture, and help deliver consistent guest experiences across a fast-paced, music-filled environment that values

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality professional with leadership aptitude.
• Proven ability to train and develop team members.
• Comfort with fast-paced service and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure workflow is executed to the highest standards and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Oversee cleanliness and safety, document issues as needed.
• Juicer training following Knowledge-Training-Practice-Validation mantra.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle feedback.
• Monitor and support daily sales targets and reporting.
