Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd in Warwick is looking for a Shift Leader to coordinate daily store operations, lead a team and ensure excellent customer service. You will open/close, manage shifts, handle queries, and support community events while maintaining safety and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or supermarket environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team during busy shifts and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus; health and safety minded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver smooth customer flow and service.
• Open/close the store and cover shifts to maintain operations.
• Resolve colleague queries in absence of the Store Manager and escalate when needed.
• Support events and community activities to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Ensure store is clean, well presented and correctly stocked.
• Manage queues, PE labeling, pricing accuracy, and incident avoidance.
• Maintain safe working practices and timely internal communications.
