Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager is away, ensuring excellent customer service across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll motivate the team, prepare products, manage ovens and keep displays stocked while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

You’ll drive great customer experiences, coach colleagues, and support an inclusive culture where every team member can shine on every shift.

Qualifications

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for customer service.
• Supportive of an inclusive culture and values diversity.
• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and operating ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of choices.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
