Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for its Hungry Horse pubs across the United Kingdom. You will lead a shift, ensuring the team is well-equipped to deliver a warm, memorable experience for customers while maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

As a role model on service, you’ll deputise for the management team when needed, coordinate a busy shift, and ensure the bar operates safely, legally, and cleanly at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
