Job summary

Tesco UK in Greenhithe is seeking a Shift Lead to drive store operations and deliver a standout customer experience. You’ll lead the team across all store areas, be the go-to person for day-to-day queries, and role model outstanding service.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what were looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
