Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring a Shift Lead in Milton Keynes to oversee daily store operations and lead the in-store team to deliver a great customer experience. You'll supervise opening and closing routines and ensure the team stays focused on service standards.

You will coach colleagues, resolve issues on the shop floor, build inclusive relationships, and act as the store's day-to-day leader in the manager's absence.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what were looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
