Job summary

Tesco Retail in Bathgate is recruiting a Shift Lead to supervise daily store operations and guide a team to deliver excellent customer service.

You'll manage shifts, support colleagues, and act as the go-to person for day‑to‑day queries. The role requires 18+ and prior team leadership in retail, with a focus on inclusive, proactive leadership and delivering for customers and the store.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what were looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
