Job summary

Tesco UK in Salisbury is hiring a Shift Lead to manage daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will lead a small team across departments, coach colleagues, and act as the go-to person for day-to-day queries while the Manager is away.

You’ll build positive relationships, adapt quickly to change, and help create an inclusive, high-performing team where everyone feels valued. 18+ and flexible hours required.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
