Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead position in the United Kingdom places you at the heart of store operations, delivering great customer experiences and leading a diverse team.

The role focuses on day-to-day leadership, coaching colleagues, and making flexible decisions to adapt to change, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and pay starting at £15.59 per hour (rising to £16.86 in M25 stores). Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what were looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.

Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
