Tesco Retail in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to lead the in-store team and ensure a great customer experience. You will manage daily store operations, coach colleagues, and act as the on-site leader when the manager is unavailable.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what were looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
