Job summary

Greggs plc is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a shop team and ensure an excellent customer experience across in-store and online channels. You’ll look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate colleagues, and provide what they need to do a great job.

You’ll be responsible for inspiring the team, serving customers quickly, and maintaining high shop standards. The role includes managing stock, displays, and overall shop presentation to drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with a wide range of choices.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
