Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for one of our Chef & Brewer pubs. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has what they need to make shifts run smoothly and customers leave happy.

You’ll coach colleagues, resolve issues, and maintain high standards across service, cleanliness, and safety. In this role you’ll be a hands-on presence on the floor, support the management team, and help create a welcoming, efficient environment that reflects our brands and values.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Ability to manage busy shifts and maintain standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
