Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to drive excellent service and ensure shifts run smoothly across our pubs. You’ll lead by example and help the team deliver great experiences for every guest.

You’ll deputise for the management team, coordinate bar and floor staff during busy periods, and keep the bar safe, compliant and welcoming. Fluent English and a can-do, team‑oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team during busy shifts.
• Deliver heartfelt customer service and guest experiences.
• Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
• Fluent spoken and written English; understanding allergen controls.
