Hungry Horse in the United Kingdom is hiring a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team has everything they need and customers are kept happy. You’ll role-model high standards, delegate to the management team when needed, and coordinate tasks to keep service smooth.

The role emphasizes safe, legal, and clean bar operations, strong attention to detail, and a welcoming experience for guests, with opportunities to develop your leadership within our pubs network.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
