Caffè Nero in Kingston upon Thames is hiring a Shift Leader to help run daily store operations, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional service. No prior coffee experience is required for training, with ongoing development and a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team during shifts and motivate staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the shift and guide the team by example.
• Prepare high-quality coffee, matcha, and seasonal drinks.
• Provide friendly service, both in-store and via deliveries.
• Maintain clean, safe back-of-house and customer areas during service.

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
• From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence! Enjoy customer interaction

Positive attitude Teamwork, To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven't got that don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.
