Job summary

Caffè Nero is looking for a Shift Leader in Nantwich to help run daily store operations, lead the team by example and deliver our signature 1-2-1 service. No coffee experience required, full training provided, and you will play a key part in making every customer visit special.

You will manage shifts, ensure safety and cleanliness, support customer deliveries, and help colleagues grow. Starting rate around £12.76 per hour with potential increase; benefits include staff discounts and bonus

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader preferred.
• Able to lead by example and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.

• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.

• To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven't got that don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.
