Caffè Nero is seeking a Shift Leader in Gloucester to run shift operations, lead the team by example, and ensure every customer leaves with a personalised experience. You’ll manage service, keep the store safe and clean, and help the team deliver fantastic coffee, matcha, and seasonal drinks.

Prior supervisor or team-leader experience is ideal, but all energetic applicants are welcome. The role offers comprehensive training, development opportunities, and generous staff discounts.

• Experience leading a team on shift or in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and friendly, professional attitude.

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
• From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence! Enjoy customer interaction.

Positive attitude Teamwork, To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven't got that don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.

The starter rate for Shift Leaders in this location is £12.76 per hour, increasing to £12.91 with service.
