Job summary

Caffè Nero in Doncaster is looking for a Shift Leader to help run store operations and deliver excellent service. You’ll lead the team on shifts, ensure every customer receives a personalised experience, and model friendly, efficient service.

As a Shift Leader you’ll take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, while supporting colleagues to grow and excel. Training is provided and benefits are offered as you progress with us.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader preferred.
• No coffee experience required – friendly attitude welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and coach the team to deliver great service.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, matcha and seasonal drinks with care.
• Keep store areas clean, safe and well-organised for service and deliveries.

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
• From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence! Enjoy customer interaction

Positive attitude Teamwork, To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven't got that don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.
