Caffè Nero is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team and lead store operations with enthusiasm. You’ll deliver fantastic service, craft great coffee, and create a personalised experience for every customer, whether in-store or via delivery.

Shift Leaders are key in supporting the smooth running of store operations, providing great service and supporting their team to do the same. They:

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

The starter rate for Shift Leaders in this location is £12.76 per hour, increasing to £12.91 with service.
