Job summary

Caffè Nero in Abbots Worthy, UK, is seeking a Shift Leader to help run store operations, lead the team, and provide excellent service to every customer. You’ll be trained to make fantastic coffee and engage with guests, contributing to a welcoming store environment.

The role includes coaching teammates, maintaining high standards, and supporting deliveries. Training is provided, and great benefits are offered to new team members as part of a lively, friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Team Leader is preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork are essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
• From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, them ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence! Enjoy customer interaction

Positive attitude Teamwork, To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven't got that don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.
