Job summary

Caffè Nero in Rugby is hiring Shift Leaders to help run our store, lead the team by example and deliver fantastic service to every customer. No coffee experience is required – brilliant training starts you on the path to a rewarding career.

You’ll manage shifts, motivate colleagues, ensure quality drinks from bean to cup, and keep the front and back of house safe, clean and welcoming for every service. Join us and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is preferred.
• Full training is provided; no prior coffee experience required.

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
  From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader – but if you haven’t got that don’t worry, we’d still love to hear from you.

The starter rate for Shift Leaders in this location is £12.76 per hour, increasing to £12.91 with service.
