B&Q Ashford is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations and support the team. This full-time, permanent role offers a 36.75 hour week and keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing tasks.

You will lead customer service, assist with store standards, and ensure safety and procedures are followed. Shifts begin as early as 5am and can finish by 9pm, with occasional night cover.
