Job summary

Marks and Spencer is hiring a Team Support Manager in the United Kingdom. You will oversee the fill operation, ensuring the salesfloor is ready to trade and that resources are coordinated to Serve, Sell and Fill.

You will lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager, coach colleagues on One Best Way, and help deliver a quick payment experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation, delivering a salesfloor that is ready to trade and coordinating resources.
• Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager and ensure smooth opening and close procedures.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity to prepare for store opening.
• Allocate resources to ensure a quick and smooth payment experience for customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store and support nearby stores if needed.
• Model great customer service and uphold M&S behaviours and colleague expectations.
