Job summary

B&Q Coventry is hiring a Shift Lead on a full-time, permanent basis. The role covers long hours with shifts from 5am to 10pm and carries the responsibilities of supervising store operations, allocating staff, and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, motivating the team and maintaining high service standards. A supportive, customer-focused environment awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail shift and deploying staff.
