Job summary

B&Q Coventry is seeking a Shift Lead for a full-time role (36.75 hours per week). This permanent position offers a starting salary of £27,709.50 per annum, with a pension and 6.6 weeks of holiday. You’ll work as a keyholder with shifts ranging from 5am to 10pm.

You will oversee shift operations, ensure customer and colleague safety, and strive to provide outstanding service. Join a team that values diversity and inclusion and makes every customer count.

What's the job?

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. It’s B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count, so you’ll strive to ensure B&Q is a place colleagues love to work, and customers love to shop. In this role you will:
