Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to lead a store team, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage day-to-day operations. You’ll be the go-to person across store areas, building a positive, inclusive team and stepping in when the Manager is away.

Applicants should be 18+, with prior team-leading retail experience and a passion for service. Flexible hours and a supportive workplace are offered.

• Lead the team to deliver a great in-store customer experience.

• Lead the store in the Manager’s absence with balanced, flexible decisions.
• Coach colleagues, give feedback and model great service.
• Stay curious and seek opportunities to better serve customers and communities.
