Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity ahead of store opening
• Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager and ensure a quick payment experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store and support customer service excellence
• Support nearby stores if required and be key holder for opening/closing tasks
