• Lead the fill operation and ensure the sales floor is ready to trade.
• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during fill and in absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity for store readiness.
• Allocate resources for a quick payment experience.
• Ensure daily operational processes are implemented efficiently at the correct times.
• Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to recognise great colleagues.
• Be a key holder and respond to call outs as required.
• Handle tasks related to opening and closing, including receipts, temperature controls, and logging issues.
