Job summary

B&Q Hemel Hempstead is looking for a Shift Lead to supervise the store shift, ensuring safety and an excellent customer experience. You’ll deploy colleagues, be the first contact for customers and team members, and uphold store standards throughout your shift.

This permanent role offers flexible hours (Full Time, Part Time or JobShare) with a competitive salary around £27,710 per annum, pension, 6.6 weeks holiday and staff discounts. B&Q values diversity and wellbeing for all colleagues.
