Job summary

B&Q plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations during a full shift, starting as early as 6am and finishing by 8:30pm. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment for colleagues and customers and ensure the store runs smoothly.

As a Shift Lead, you will deploy colleagues, be the first point of contact, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold safety standards while delivering the highest level of service every day.

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 6am to a latest finish time of 8:30pm Every day, we give our millions of customers the ideas, advice, tools and confidence they need to create a home they'll love. You're the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily.
