Job summary

B&Q Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Shift Lead to join our store team on a permanent contract. The role covers a 36.75 hour week with shifts from 5am to 8:15pm, offering a structured development path and a comprehensive benefits package.

This position is a keyholder role, central to daily store operations and customer service excellence. You’ll contribute to a positive, efficient store environment, with opportunities for growth within the Kingfisher group, training through LEO, and competitive pay

Qualifications

• Experience in leading store teams or shift-leading role.
• Ability to manage opening/closing and security procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
