Job summary

B&Q Exeter is seeking a Shift Lead to join our team. The role covers early to late shifts within a permanent contract, operating as a keyholder and supporting the store's daily routines and customer service.

You’ll be part of a highly visible role that helps drive sales and customer satisfaction. The position offers a full-time equivalent salary of £28,224 per year, including a store location allowance, plus pension and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail leadership preferred.
• Able to work across early and late shifts including 6am start and 10pm finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store shift as a key holder.
• Support customers and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure health and safety and merchandise standards are maintained.
