B&Q Braintree is looking for a Shift Lead to join the team in a keyholder capacity with shifts from 6am to 8:30pm. The role supports daily department activities and helps deliver excellent customer service in-store.

Responsibilities

• Keyholder position with shifts from 6am to 8:30pm
• Shift Lead role integral to the team at Braintree, reporting to Department Managers
• The Shift Leads work together with our Department Managers to develop, inspire and motivate their teams
• They support the day to day activities of their department and strive to create teams who take care of each other, and the customers they help every day
