Job summary

B&Q Skegness is looking for a Shift Lead to manage daily store operations, support a safe and welcoming shopping environment, and lead a team across shifts. You will be pivotal in delivering great customer experiences and supporting colleagues throughout your shift.

The role offers a permanent contract with full-time/part-time options over a 36.75-hour week, plus a competitive package including a generous holiday entitlement and pension.
