The role offers flexibility, stable hours and opportunities to develop within Tesco. Pay starts at £15.59 per hour and rises to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead or management role in fast-paced retail.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead in the Manager's absence and coach colleagues.
