Job summary

• Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.

• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, as the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.

• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
