Job summary

Marks and Spencer in the United Kingdom is hiring a Shift Lead to manage the fill operation, ensuring a ready-to-trade salesfloor and coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill.

You'll lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager, coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity ahead of store opening, while maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented store.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation, delivering a salesfloor ready to trade and coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill.
• Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity ahead of store opening.
• Allocate resources for a quick payment experience.
• Ensure daily operational processes are implemented efficiently and the store is clean, safe and well-presented.
• Support nearby stores if needed and act as a key holder for opening/closing and related tasks.
