Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation and ensure a salesfloor is ready to trade, while coordinating resource to serve, sell and fill. You will cover the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.

You will drive productivity ahead of store openings, coach colleagues on One Best Way, allocate resources for quick payments, and uphold a clean, safe, and well-presented store while delivering great customer service and upholding M&S

Responsibilities

Lead the fill operation to ensure a salesfloor is ready to trade.
Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during the fill and in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity ahead of store opening.
Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience.
Ensure daily operational processes are implemented efficiently across the area.
Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store.
Model great customer service and M&S behaviours.
Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to deliver high performance.
Support nearby stores if operationally required.
Responsible for being a key holder and handling call outs.
Responsible for opening/closing tasks, including receipt of vehicles, temperature controls, logging issues with Helpdesks, cash handling and TSL compliance.
