• Lead the fill operation and coordinate resources to serve, sell and fill; ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade.
• Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager and coach colleagues on One Best Way to drive productivity.
• Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience and keep daily operational processes running efficiently.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe and well-presented across all areas and times.
• Foster a great team atmosphere that is inclusive of everyone and exemplify Customer Service.
