Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource to deliver tasks during the fill operation.
• Lead the fill operation and drive productivity for store opening.
• Allocate resources to ensure a quick payment experience.
• Ensure daily operational processes run efficiently at the right times.
• Coordinate the team to keep the store clean, safe and well-presented.
• Foster an inclusive team atmosphere and model customer service.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to drive high performance.
• Support nearby stores if operationally required.
• Be a key holder and respond to call outs as required.
• Oversee opening and closing tasks including cash handling and safety checks.
