Greggs PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t present and to motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.

You’ll oversee in-shop operations across channels, prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked and the shop clean, and ensure a brilliant customer experience on every shift. You’ll be supported by a welcoming team and encouraged to develop your leadership skills in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable
